PC Housing, LLC owns Rental Properties (not specifically subsidized), which are managed by the Housing Authority of the County of Portage (HAPC). There are some designated properties for 50+ or disabled.

Criminal background and debt checks are conducted for all our housing programs and managed properties.
Private Landlords and HAPC are responsible for their own criminal background, credit, personal, and landlord checks and income verification.
